Limit Number of Super Users

Super Users have complete access to everything in Niagara stations. Having a compromised Super User could be catastrophic. It is advisable to create users with only the permissions they require. Limiting Super Users to system administrators, and those who absolutely need the control, will greatly reduce security risk.
