- Resolved multiple critical issues with history functions that affected roll-ups as well that could lead to incorrect values.

- Fixed a rare instance that could cause library viewlets to be duplicated.

- Critical: fixed an issue with history function DST handling resulting in unintended heavy memory and CPU usage
- Resource Consumption now correctly displays prediction values and is able to convert to cost without hanging
- Weather widget no longer flickers on update and is able to have the location changed without needing a refresh

- Dashboard template users now automatically are routed to the Periscope dashboard unless commissioned to have a different navigation path
- Virtual Trends (as part of utility bills) no longer drop overlapping day values in the event that there's two values for a date
- (Mobile) New Feature: minimum length option added to the digital totalizer mobile viewlet
- (Mobile) Tooltips now match the current date time labeling of the chart for consistency. No more monthly tooltips for daily values.
- (Mobile) Dual Axis no longer displays "No Unit" sometimes for the 2nd y-axis
- (Mobile) Auto-login is now supported for mobile allowing easier sharing of mobile-supported viewlets
- (Mobile) Dual Axis Viewlet no longer skips labeling every other x-interval to be consistent with the dashboard style of labeling

- Periscope 2.4 requires 3.7, 3.8, or Niagara 4 - no longer supports 3.6.
